Es por la «inseguridad» de todos, más bien. Ya les han explicado mil veces que es sumamente sencillo usar un número virtual para seguir estafando.
Esto solo es más control por parte del gobierno, aunque insistan en su negación. Por algo no llevan ni el 20% de registros.

To tap the family in front of me at the supermarket and say, "It's on me," Rich enough that my future wife never has to worry about getting a job. La forma en la que cierta... Gente critica a la mangaka por tener una ideologia diferente a la suya.
No estoy de acuerdo, en que el anime tenga que adaptarse a occidente, pero este caso, es porque la mangaka asi lo quiere debido a sus trabajos anteriores en comics americanos
