Texas Tech is a disgrace to the Big 12 Conference.

This is an important distinction. Nobody is “outraged” that Brendan Sorsby bet on sports. Players betting on sports erodes public trust in the game, which is why it’s banned, but it is a victimless crime. The outrage came when people learned he wasn’t going to be banned at all.

It is kind of gross that Texas Tech is using mental health as a shield so they can break the rules.
