I’ve lost 21.6 lbs this year I still have bad habits like grabbing a bag of chips and granola bar each morning at work that’s all fat and sodium I’ll be substituting it for a nutritious yogurt bowl now. It’s all about getting better I can’t control what I did in the past

@TradesCaleb You, as well as myself, need to fix your relationship with trading. I’m focused on a weekly outlook. 20 years is around 1043 weeks. Next week starts fresh and you’ve got an ally in me who understands the task at hand.

Not sure if my personality trait can handle trading. I’m a put the work in see the result type of person. I can’t risk burning $100k on a fleeting urge to make a dollar on a random Tuesday. Get rich or die trying I’d probably get rich and kill myself if I kept trading

@TradesCaleb If you keep expectations small and literally aim for base hits, think of it as paying off rent or groceries. Good decisions and good habits.

You seem like a very wise, resilient and determined person who holds high standards for yourself which is an amazing thing to have. You remind me of myself a lot, I've spent years trying to claw my way to success, desperate to climb that mountain and reach the top. And just like you've said here, I felt like I was in an endless loop of trying, finding some success, then failing. Again and again and again. Something was not right. Then one day at work I was tired of listening to music and wanted to listen to a podcast or audiobook. But only something that would help me get rich because that's all I think about (and still do). For some reason I just searched into Spotify "Law of Attraction" and an audiobook that is included free with the Spotify subscription showed up called "The Secret". I started listening and couldn't stop. I finished it that same day. 31 days later of practicing methods taught in 'The Secret' I got my first ever payout that I had been desperately trying to get for the last three months. The funny thing is, I stopped trying to get the payout. In my mind I already had it. I didn't need to stress or worry, claw or climb anything. Its like I just stood still and the payout came to me! I've had two more payouts since then, and today I am $100 away from my fourth. And yes I won't be 'trying' to get that payout today. The payout will come to me, I just need to 'know' that I have it. You can use what is taught in The Secret for any area of your life. It will help with either you're trading or your business if you decide to pursue that avenue. Hope this helps Caleb.

What I liked most is when you posted a clearly untimed and out of sync replay trade playing it off as real "the time on your computer was off by 3 minutes compared to the final candle print" It helped me more than any of the actual education you shared, it showed me how fake everything is and to only focus on myself. I think you did this on purpose and I am not criticizing you for it
