@elvenmaidinn A better chair will help but, as someone who used to be a programmer (ie, all the hours in the world spent in a chair) you need to also work on your glutes, abs, and flexibility outside of work. Core stabilization is the strength you need and flexibility to avoid tightness.

There is a simple solution when I don't know what to do, ask experts on Internet. So I have a question, I am spending quite long hours using PC and my back is killing me. I have some relly low budget gaming chair, some GT Omega Pro XL Chair. My lower back and my ass are hurting after few hours -_-' I need to replace it what should I get? @S_R_Hamilton_ @KCcowanartgal It sounds like your plot needs impetuous. The next thing that happens should establish a ticketing time bomb. The main character must throw themselves into danger or else they will lose their powers forever. Alternatively if they don't get their powers back soon...doom!

@KCcowanartgal She wants to fix the curse she placed on her people. She can’t get it because she lost her power (or at least thinks she did). You’re right, though. I’ve been trying to do that but I’ll just keep going. Eventually I think it’ll all come together (hopefully).😅

I’m 22k words into this draft and I feel like nothing is happening. Like… I want things to happen, but they just aren’t.😅😩I’m honestly not sure what’s best for feeling stuck this way. What do you do to get “unstuck?” Keep going? Start over?😬#writingcommunity

@GiantSlayerRPGs I think these are some of the best encounters. Because a city is inherently a socioeconomic-focused location the "who, what, why" of the encounter can be very telling as to what's going on in the society of the city at the time. A good random encounter table also world builds

What do you think of in town encounters like thieves, rats, town guards. beggars, etc in a module, Yay or Nay?

In my opinion and in my experience. Both fantasy and SF run in cycles. I've seen years of cyberpunk and years of urban fantasy. Historical fantasy. Romantic fantasy. Christian fantasy. Dystopian fantasy and SF.

I still haven't written as many novels as Brandon Sanderson did BEFORE he was published. Most folks don't realize how tirelessly he worked. If he'd given up after his 12th novel failed to sell, I probably wouldn't be a writer. The guy is and has always been a massive inspiration.

Sanderson has earned his due. Rose from rejections. His FREE YT vids (which most charge $$ for) have helped so many writers. And JKR, Maas & Bardugo make bank as well. I'm a brown author waiting for my Cindrella-turn but labeling Sando as a "rich white guy" feels damn reductive.
