A Russian attack on Ukraine has killed and injured people, caused damage and destruction. Every day, Russia brings grief. ◾️In Cherkasy region, Russia killed four people. ◾️In Poltava region, Russia injured four people, including a child. ◾️In Sumy region, Russia injured three people. There are fires and damages in several other locations, as well as electricity blackouts.

Russia continues its systematic attacks on civilians in Kherson. These are daily war crimes, carried out because Russians commit them on a daily basis simply because they can, and because they know they will face no punishment for it.

Bucha endured 33 days of Russian occupation. Terror, torture, 33 days of total evil. More than 600 Ukrainian men and women were killed. Very often, the images from Bucha are compared to the horrific scenes of World War II. But there is a major difference – and today it does not reflect well on current world leaders. Because Nazism was punished for its crimes, not granted partial sanctions relief. No crisis or destabilization in the world can justify this. We must not forget or dismiss everything Ukraine has endured during this time. The catastrophe of every city and village into which Russia has brought its war and death. Bucha, Irpin, Borodyanka. Mariupol, Yahidne, Avdiivka. Olenivka, Vuhledar, Chasiv Yar – and many others. From the first Bucha Summit until today, this list has only grown. This means one thing: we need far more determination, far more pressure on Putin and Russia, and far more real actions and steps that bring the victory of peace and justice closer. 🚨An ICE agent hit a U.S. citizen with his car… A man is walking down a public sidewalk… doing nothing illegal… simply filming. An ICE agent turns into a gated entrance, and instead of waiting for the man to cross, instead of honking, instead of yielding like literally every driver is required to do… He drives straight into him. We have already seen ICE agents kill people when someone moves a car near them… …but this agent? He drove his car directly into a U.S. citizen walking on a sidewalk. And when the man says, “You just hit me”… The agent responds: “Move out of the fucking way.” That alone tells you everything about how this agent views the law, and the lives of U.S. citizens. The agent then he tries to twist reality, claiming the man is “interfering” with operations… For walking on a public sidewalk. Filming federal agents is legal. Walking down the street is legal. Running someone over because they’re recording you? That’s reckless endangerment, and assault with a vehicle. And then, it spirals into straight intimidation… The agent starts at the man saying, “Do you want to do something? You ain’t gonna do shit.” A federal agent, taunting a civilian, after hitting him with a car… Trying to provoke a reaction. ICE agents claim fear when it benefits them… …but show none when they’re the ones behind the wheel. This is exactly how people end up dead. And it’s happening with zero accountability.

Today, Russia struck the outskirts of Zaporizhzhia. A 75‑year‑old woman was killed, and a 72‑year‑old man was injured. The injured man has been hospitalized. Killing people in their homes is russian culture.

On the night of March 29, Ukraine came under a massive Russian drone attack - 442 Russian drones and a Kinzhal missile attacked us. In Odesa region, an energy facility was damaged, power outages follow. The Russian attack continues during the day.

This week alone, Russia used more than 3,000 strike drones against our cities and communities – a significant portion of them “shaheds” – as well as over 1,450 guided aerial bombs and 40 missiles of various types. The Russians are not dialing back their war effort against our state and our people, and at the same time, they are openly investing in prolonging another war that is driving global destabilization. Ukraine is being attacked with essentially the same strike drones as those used against countries in the Middle East and the Gulf region. Ballistic weapons are used against us just as cynically as they are against our partners. The destabilization of global markets and the blocking of maritime routes have not left a single country unaffected. We are making our contribution to guaranteeing security. And it is important that the world does not lose time or opportunities. Clear, decisive, and coordinated efforts are needed to provide real protection for life and to stop wars. We need to build joint and modern defense systems proven in war. We must develop joint production of modern and effective weapons. We must unite our capabilities so that people can live in peace in Europe, the Middle East, and other parts of the world. Thank you to everyone who is helping us protect lives!

When I travel outside of Ukraine, I get daily intelligence updates online. This morning, I was briefed that U.S. military facilities in the Middle East and the Gulf region were photographed by Russian satellites in the interests of Iran. On March 24th, they imaged the U.S.–UK joint military facility on Diego Garcia located in the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean. They also captured pictures of Kuwait International Airport and parts of the infrastructure of the Greater Burgan oil field. On March 25th, they took pictures of the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia. The Shaybah oil and gas field in Saudi Arabia, İncirlik Air Base in Türkiye, and Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar were all imaged on March 26th. There are no Ukrainian facilities on this list. But who is helping whom when sanctions are lifted from an aggressor that earns daily revenue and provides intelligence for strikes against American, Middle Eastern, UK, and U.S.–UK bases and so on? When surveillance is carried out over facilities in Ukraine, we always understand that they must be protected, since plans are in motion to destroy them – energy and water infrastructure, military facilities, and so on. Everyone knows that repeated reconnaissance indicates preparations for strikes. How can sanctions be eased if this is what the Russians are doing? There must be pressure on the aggressor. And lifting sanctions is certainly not pressure. It looks strange. Sanctions are being lifted, while the aggressor is providing intelligence to strike facilities, including those of the countries that are discussing or have already lifted sanctions.
