Told us order could not be delivered and was returned, even though we were in all day, and you can’t resend to us. Website is now out of stock, so I wonder if you didn’t even send them to us and used the non-delivery as an excuse. Not great really.

@SKECHERS_UK love your shoes, but your customer service is abysmal. No attempt at delivery, although your website says it was delivered, No response to emails querying non-delivery, and web chat was quite slow to respond and very impersonal.

Seriously @CriTheatre paying full Price for a seat that has me sitting at a 20 degree angle becuase of a post is not acceptable.
