@shieldzy4thewin Hi Zac, this looks like a TripView hiccup; this train is currently on time and should arrive at Central as timetabled around 16:30. Hopefully once the train passes a few more stops, TripView should update with the correct times.

@timmokx I think we should show both options in this case (direct via City, and indirect via Hornsby), assuming they both arrive at the same time. Let me know if there’s a case where we only show the City option?

@tommarmstrong That’s how we show skipped stops. The idea here is it’s better to still show it and mark it as skipped, so at least you can find out what happened to it. There should be more info if you tap the alert triangle.

I purchased TripView under an old email address that I still have access to but would prefer not to use at all. Question: Can my purchase be transferred to my account under the new email address?

@gunnerlay12 Hi Chris, the iOS and Android versions are sold separately. Unfortunately it’s not possible to transfer paid app licences between the iOS and Android.

@TripView A saved trip no longer has the reverse direction option. Worked fine for years. Was able to recreate it without the bug but have kept the buggy trip in case you want to troubleshoot.

@chdjyumcha Yeah, we would really need to be able to refresh every 30 seconds or so while the widget is visible, but doesn’t seem like this is possible.
