Thanks to everyone who came out last night! Another great showing of people from across the city telling City Council: Troy needs Good Cause now! Good Cause Eviction is a set of basic renter protections that help protect tenant's rights to safe, stable, and affordable housing.

Everyone has the right to safe, stable, affordable housing. Troy needs Good Cause Eviction so that renters across the city know that they can't just be forced out of their homes at the end of their lease and that their rent will remain affordable.
