Company has a rule that atleast for one hour we have to talk to company appointed therapist in every 2 weeks. Today I got to know that my manager talk a lot about me in those sessions. Apparantly my positions in market gave him sleepless nights.😒😒

My sympathies with you kid, and I sincerely hope someone in power should end this exploitation in name of experience be it law or IT. Unpaid internships and low salary jobs are same like bondage labouring.

@shhgarima I have experience with 2 or 3 people from law and everyone has this same issue. Internships pay peanuts. It's how the old ones build the system to keep the fair share to themselves

My manager was good to me when I was intern so I try to do the same with my interns. It depends under who you work and under whom your boss worked.
