Les libéraux de Mark Carney n’ont pas obtenu une majorité grâce au vote des Canadiens. Ils ont obtenu une majorité avec des tractations en coulisses avec des politiciens qui ont trahi les électeurs qui avaient voté pour eux. Pendant que le premier ministre libéral a passé l’année à se concentrer pour négocier derrière les portes closes, il a doublé le déficit et fait du Canada le pays du G7 où l’inflation alimentaire et les coûts du logement sont les plus élevés. Les libéraux s’attendent à ce que les Canadiens baissent les bras et acceptent que Mark Carney puisse avoir un pouvoir absolu sans aucune obligation de rendre des comptes. Cela n’arrivera pas. Notre pays et son peuple méritent qu’on se batte pour eux. On va continuer à tout faire pour que les gens aient les moyens de se loger, de se nourrir et de faire le plein d’essence. On va continuer à se battre pour des rues sécuritaires. On va continuer à se battre pour nos travailleurs et nos soldats. Je vais continuer à mener ce combat chaque jour et de toutes les manières possibles au Parlement, jusqu'à la prochaine élection quand les Canadiens vont reprendre possession du pays que nous connaissons et aimons.

Malgré les grandes promesses répétées des libéraux de Mark Carney, les Canadiens continuent de payer plus pour avoir moins. Les choses pourraient pourtant être différentes. Les conservateurs ne vont jamais arrêter de se battre pour tous les Canadiens, pour une économie forte, pour des rues sécuritaires et pour un coût de la vie abordable. On va aussi s'assurer que la promesse d'un Canada où tout le monde peut réussir soit respectée.

This is so unbelievably unprofessional. Laughing at the misery of another speaks volume of Carney and nothing of Poilievre. He may be laughing now but he won't be when his conflicts of interest are at every grocery store, gas station, truck stop, bus stop, community center, gym, laundromat, coffee shop, barber, beauty salon, public library, rec center, university, hardware store, church and food bank bulletin board across Canada.

Liberal taxes on gas are the reason prices are so much higher in Canada than in the U.S. Today, Carney Liberals offered a fraction of that back to overtaxed motorists, leaving almost two-thirds of federal gas taxes in place for two-thirds of this year. Mark Carney is just another Liberal. More taxes. More costs. More of the same.

While the Carney Liberals sought a costly majority achieved through backroom deals, their other Liberal MPs were blocking our efforts to get to the bottom of the Finance Minister’s conflicts on the Alto Rail boondoggle. Kudos to our Conservative MPs at the ethics committee who will continue to hold conflicted Liberals to account.

All per elections Canada. They called their segment: “Deception Decoded.” But the only “deception” I believe exists, is with their dishonest reporting.

@ironsnowbird @Thesuperunk Carney was forced to cut the tax (which a lot shouldn't have been there in the first place). It was the Conservatives that was demanding the taxes be removed.

@Thesuperunk @Tweak2020 So true ! The base is based. Conservatives : Down from 23.5% to 12.7% downtown (NDP up 8.5% !! ). Down from 30.6% to 18.4% in Scarborough. Down from 18% to 3% in Terrebonne

The Carney Liberals did not win a majority government through a general election or today's by-elections. Instead, it was won through backroom deals with politicians who betrayed the people who voted for them. While the Prime Minister spent the year on this cynical power grab, he has doubled the deficit, and given Canada the worst grocery prices and housing costs in the G7. Liberals expect Canadians to give up, get complacent and go away, so Carney can have total power without any accountability. That will not happen. Our country and its people are worth fighting for. We will continue to fight for people to afford homes, food and fuel. We will continue to fight for safety in our streets. We will continue to fight for our resource workers and soldiers. I will continue to lead that fight every day and in every way in Parliament, across the country and in the next election, when Canadians will reclaim the country we know and love.

We're off to our best start in weeks. 90 minutes, and we already have 15 signatures. The byelections and Carney stealing a majority are the #1 topic on everyone's mind.
