In January 2021, I randomly decided to buy a place in Miami Beach. Soon after, RE blew up. I was thinking of selling at “the top,” but something was telling me it was a bad idea. Now, 5 minutes from our place, the Beckhams moved in, and now this. Will the place go up in price? I’m not f**g leaving lol 😂

Wow, $RDDT just posted an absolute blowout quarter. -> $663M revenue (69% growth Y/Y) vs. ~$608M consensus. -> $1.01 EPS reported vs. $0.6 consensus (68.3% beat). -> 91.5% gross margins. -> Q1 GAAP net income was $204M. This is probably the most important figure for true profitability since it includes SBC. Next quarter they projected, $715M to $725M revenue growth with $285 million to $295 million adjusted EBITDA. Reddit looks like a literal, high growth money printer. (Disclosure: I do have Reddit positions.) Expect a lot of chart volatility from short term option flows. But fundamentally, if you look at Reddit earnings without the noise, Reddit money printer go brrr.

This is massively good news for $HIMS members and $HIMS shareholders. $HIMS now selling $LLY GLPs which is Tirzepitide. $HIMS already selling the $NVO GLPs which is Semaglutide. This also means that $HIMS members should have access to Retatrutide when its expected to be approved by the FDA next year. I think Retatrutide has the potential to be the biggest FDA approved drug of all time. If you’ve been following the peptide market (which includes the GLPs) over the past month… you’ve noticed the FDA is really cracking down hard on the illegal compounders. FDA is trying to eliminate as much competition for the FDA-approved and branded GLPs ie $LLY and $NVO. This is why it’s 10x more important now that $HIMS has these deals with $LLY and $NVO because the GLP grey market is about to hit some serious headwinds. I’ve said over the past few weeks that I thought a $LLY partnership will be 3x more valuable than a $NVO partnership (over the long term) because of Retatrutide next year.
