I was genuinely horrified by the state of our roads whilst out driving in the Cotswolds today. It got me thinking. What is our Road Tax money actually used for? Because it certainly doesn't go towards producing velvet road surfaces like in France & Germany. Perhaps the government just stick it in the Benefits pot, so Wayne & Waynetta Slob can smoke & drink themselves to death? Should we abolish VED?
