Ana (from Kherson) and Ira (from Kyiv). Ana drove across to Slovakia with her young child. Ira walked across from Uzhhorod with her three kids. Husband stuck in Kyiv. Met here by her brother-in-law, who’s taking them to Berlin. She doesn’t know if she’ll go home again.

This is what we're not seeing on 🇸🇰 side. They queue in their thousands on 🇺🇦 side. Then processed by 🇺🇦 border guards, then registered by 🇸🇰 border guards. The system is funnelling this flood of humanity into a trickle. But for how long does this remain viable?
