Next up is Rosa Martinez from Carnegie, OK. Rosa completed her undergraduate degree at SWOSU. Her current clinical rotation is Edmond Santa Fe High School with preceptors D’Anna Kyle and Karly Thomas.

Let’s introduce our Level 1s! First up is Emma Shady from Lawton, OK. Emma studied Kinesiology and Exercise Fitness Management at UCO. Her current clinical rotation is Edmond North High School with preceptors Scott Delcamp and Rachel Nombrana.

We have partnered with Nexus Sports Med and designed our very own patch! This fundraiser will benefit our students and our Athletic Training Student Association. They are $15, but we have a limited supply of 50 patches! The link to order is in our bio:)

This years NATA 75th annual convention was held in New Orleans. Our students had an awesome week attending seminars, the expo, some good eats, cool sights, and fun evening networking. It’s off to the next year for our Level 2s! #NATA #NATA2024

Next up we have Level II Denise Diaz. She is currently under the supervision of preceptor Christina West at FC Tulsa.

Our next student is Level II Alexis Lyons. She is currently at The University of Central Oklahoma with preceptor Jeanie Brooks. #NATM

In honor of National Athletic Training Month, we will be highlighting our students. First up is Level II, Jakobi White! She just finished her clinical rotation with SWOSU under the supervision of Edwin Detweiler, and is now is MACU with preceptor Mariah Hubble.

Our program will be hosting a benefit night! It will be held at Ted’s on Danforth 5-close. Help support our program and enjoy some good food!!
