Here's a great interval workout to give the SkiErg a go. If you don't have access to battle ropes, sub in a jump rope! 3k row warmup then do 4 rounds of: Ski 500m 5+5+5 (clean, squat, press) 30 sec. battle ropes Should we add SkiErg workouts to UCanRow2 on Demand? Let us know!

One of our master instructors likes to say that it takes around 10 rowing sessions of 30 minutes or more for things to start to click with the form. Stick with it, it gets easier. "The results are worth the effort!"
