One thing I’ve learned after working with many different brands is this: Creative freedom only works when there’s a clear goal. I received one of the best briefs last week I've ever seen. NOT because it told me to use good lighting and film with clear audio. Because it had a DETAILED target audience description. It explained what their clients like, why they buy the product and even hobbies that their target audience enjoys. THAT information is what I need for scripting. It's GOLD for creators. When a brief is vague, creators guess. When creators guess, performance becomes inconsistent. The best collaborations are the ones where the brand knows what they need the video to do, and the creator knows how to bring that to life naturally. That’s when UGC feels organic and works in paid ad.
