We can’t solve a global energy crisis with only half the team on the field. Consider this: 📉 Women hold 14% of senior energy roles. 📈 Companies with women on boards are 60% more likely to improve energy efficiency. If we’re serious about #NetZero, representation is a must.

In #SierraLeone, electricity means safe births at night. In #Nigeria, a trader grew her revenue by 40% - and became an employer. In #Zambia, girls have more study time. For women, electricity = endless opportunities. #IWD2026 #EnergyAccess #WomenInEnergy
