@simondweiner Agreed. Targeting can lower CPC… but I’ve noticed creative often determines whether targeting even gets a chance to work. Same audience, two different stories = two completely different outcomes. What do you think breaks first when CPC is high… targeting or creative?

@UGCWithBritt I totally agree! Ads need that emotional hook—it's what grabs attention. But what really drives down cost per click is also the audience targeting. If the story resonates with the right people, that's where you see the magic happen.

If your ads only show the product being used you’re going to spend too much cost per click Your ads need to start with an emotional story and have a great payoff at the end.

People don’t buy the product They buy the transformation it creates. Idk what’s so hard for ad agencies to understand here.

I love how Instagram has made the safety of teens a big focus. Whoever came up with the idea to alert parents when teens look up self-harm content deserves a fat raise. For all the criticism social media platforms this deserves a lot more recognition.

Most brands don’t go viral because of their what they sell. They go viral because of how someone told a story that helps the brand resonate with a specific audience. Remember the girl with the Stanley cup? Remember the girl with the manual juicer? This is why UGC works.
