Aaron continued by discussing specific examples of librarian efforts and support for librarians at UNC, such as the Kathrine R. Everett Scholarship Workshop series. He participates both as someone who organizes the series and as someone who has workshopped his own work.

Aaron started by discussing the motivating factors for expanding reach and streamlining efforts in libraries - the key is to increase librarian job satisfaction while working within the confines of the library mission and institution structures.
