Lost and Found UP Express staff will review the information provided and respond to your inquiry, usually within 24 hours. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for items to be transferred to the Lost and Found Office at Union Station. Alternatively, you may visit us at an UP Express Service counter or contact us at 1-844-GET-ON-UP. ^OJ

Hi, yes, there will be track work this month from March 28–29. During this time, UP Express trains will be replaced by direct GO bus service between Pearson and Union Station Bus Terminal. You can view the construction schedule on our website: bit.ly/4reIKXq. Let us know if you need more help. ^VC

@UPexpress love the enthusiasm from the UP express operator on the 6:09pm Feb 18th departure from YYZ Airport towards Union Station. Kudos to the train operator.

@UPexpress Why are you not updating your service updates page? We have been stuck on the tracks to Union for over 20 minutes unmoving, and yet your page says everything is on schedule and fine. We haven’t had an update as to when we will move again either. Transparency is important.

Today, we are running a special schedule due to ongoing recovery efforts for the disabled train near Union. Service will be reduced and we encourage you to plan ahead at gotransit.com.
