@usbank You’re charging maintenance fees when you use the customers money to make money on the stock exchange. I suggest all customers pull their money from your bank, as you shouldn’t be charging customers when it’s their money that makes you money.

@usbank Your fraud department just told me that a checking and savings account with my home address my email and my phone number couldn’t be frozen or closed because my social security number isn’t on the account while it is a clear attempt to steal my identity. They have most of what they need. I received an account verification letter from your bank the other day, someone trying to open an account in my name. Ridiculous. So glad I’m not actually one of your customers.

@usbank Silver business account I have. US bank charged me 72 service analysis fees. Not sure what it’s for? I was below thresholds for most kind of account fees. 5k received in ach and transferred in ach. Total less than 10 incoming and outgoing transactions ach.
