Lately I’ve been paying closer attention to how privacy is actually handled across Web3. There’s a lot of talk around ownership owning your assets, your identity, your data. but not enough people are asking what really happens after you interact with these platforms. Where does your data go? Who has access to it? How much of it is actually protected? That’s the part that still feels unclear in a lot of projects. Came across @VertexPrivacy and I like the direction they’re taking. It doesn’t feel like privacy is being treated as an add-on feature, but more like something built into the foundation of how everything works. And honestly, that approach makes more sense long term. Because at some point, users won’t just care about what they own. they’ll care about how safe they feel using these systems on a daily basis. If that layer isn’t solid, everything else starts to matter less. Still early, but it’s interesting to see projects focusing on this side of things instead of just chasing trends. Definitely keeping an eye on how @VertexPrivacy evolves from here. Ownership is important, but privacy is what completes it.
