Some good questions coming in on the audio+shutter analysis. Let me break down exactly what we measured and why the physics are airtight. THREAD: 1/ Each cell phone records video and audio on the SAME internal clock. The video sensor captures light. The microphone captures sound. Both are muxed into one file with synchronized timestamps. 2/ When an impulsive event happens: - The LIGHT from it reaches all nearby cameras in ~0.0000003 seconds (speed of light). Effectively instant. - The SOUND reaches them at 343 m/s. From 142 yards away, that takes 379ms. 3/ So within EACH phone's own recording, you'd see the visual event FIRST, then hear the bang LATER. The gap between them = the distance the sound had to travel. This is measured WITHIN each file. Not between cameras. Each phone is its own independent experiment. 4/ "But what about the bullet speed?" A supersonic bullet (~940 m/s) actually arrives BEFORE its own sound. So from the camera's perspective, you'd see the impact, THEN hear the shot ~241ms later. This makes the expected gap BIGGER, not smaller. It makes 35ms even more impossible for a distant shot. 5/ "Doesn't this just measure camera separation?" No. We never compare one camera's audio to another camera's audio. Each measurement is self-contained: light vs. sound within ONE recording. 5 phones. 5 independent experiments. All say 4-22 meters. 6/ The rolling shutter part: phone cameras don't capture the whole frame at once. They scan top-to-bottom, one row at a time. This gives us SUB-FRAME timing precision on when the visual event began — far more precise than just "which frame." 7/ Results: - 2.MOV (60fps, best precision): 4.3m - 13.mp4: 8.3m - 7.mp4: 10.4m - Video2_1: 15.4m - 1.mp4: 21.9m Mean: 12.1m. Median: 10.4m. FBI says 142 yards (130m). The physics say otherwise. 8/ Sensitivity check: the main calibration uncertainty is the CMOS readout time. We tested 8-20 microseconds/line. The result varies by 0.3m total. It doesn't matter what readout rate you assume — the answer is still near-field. Full analysis + methodology: followtheepicenter.com

The delta-t (crack-to-thump delay) is measurable, and the microphones closest to the target recorded approximately 200–239 ms. This makes any shot inside 100 yards—or any theory asserting a different outcome—both impossible and irrelevant. This isn’t opinion; it’s basic math and physics. Supported by leading audio forensic expert methodology, an independent replication, and a published report by Bob Maher. It’s surprising to me that any audio analyst would dismiss that. Like you and many others, I have serious issues with the official narrative. I’m completely independent and don’t subscribe to any predetermined outcome, including Jordan’s or Algeist’s. We only align on the distance of the shot source, and until new evidence emerges, that remains my position.
