@Se_Railway Thanks for the reply. Usually that entrance is staffed by 1 member of staff. It was the same again tonight, the entrance half way along Westfield was closed, and there was 10 members of staff at the main entrance, only 2 of which were talking to customers. It's very frustrating.

@Se_Railway why do you keep closing the mid entrance to Stratford Intl? It makes the transfer from Stratford Rail much more difficult and has made me miss connections. There were 3 staff members at the main gate when I got there, so seems like staff are available?

@cgpgrey @NatWest_Help I've always assumed it's on an analogue cassette, two sided, with auto reverse play. This explains the slight pause every 5 minutes and the terrible quality as it's been playing none stop for 25 years
