@Nerd4Cities The unfortunate reality is ADA enforcement is left up to those of us who have standing to file lawsuits. Sometimes the DOJ will file, but most are individuals. Slow process, very time-consuming.

Troy IL Police identified the woman found dead in her home Wed as 60 y/o Norma Caraker, wife of former Troy mayor Tom Caraker who died in 2018. She worked as a server at a Troy restaurant. It was the 2nd homicide in Troy in less than 2 weeks. @KMOV
