@UserResearchLDN It's gone down again in the middle of a talk, so it hasn't been a brilliant experience. But understand you had technical issues.

Really disappointed that for £150 a ticket #UserResearchLDN has started late, terrible audio quality, muted speakers during talks, not muted in between talks while they shout over laptop, no acknowledgement or thought for remote audience.
