This Saturday! Bring your kids to the Verona Area Kids Expo. Saturday, Nov. 5, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Badger Ridge Middle School. The expo will include booths from the Verona and Fitchburg area with information on preschools, childcare centers, after-school programs, and more.

We hope you can join us TONIGHT at 6 PM for a virtual Referendum Community Information Session, via Facebook Live! The discussion will focus on the district’s operational needs and the referendum question on the ballot November 8.

Today the Verona Area School District celebrated the conclusion of Hispanic Heritage Month with festivities including a mariachi band, Mexican folk ballet, Colombian signer-songwriter Angela Puerta, food, activities, and time well spent with friends and family.

Today is Indigenous Peoples' Day. The State of WI first formally recognized the holiday in 2019. WI is home to 11 federally recognized tribes and one tribe (Brothertown) seeking to regain its federal status, and Madison sits on Ho-Chunk tribal lands.

We’re hosting a Referendum Community Information Session in Spanish on Wednesday! Hear about the referendum question on the ballot for VASD & ask questions. The event starts at 6pm at the Catholic Multicultural Center.

Sugar Creek recently completed their annual Building Assessment with the Verona Police Department. This involved a lengthy and detailed inspection, interviews, and review of all internal and external security processes, safety systems, trainings, and more. Thank you VPD!
