New work from the lab! We find that T cells experience transient ER stress during differentiation. A pathway responsible for clearing of misfolded protein, ERAD, is required for T cell persistence and function during viral infection. cell.com/cell-reports/f… 1/2

Thrilled to share this cool research from the Auchus lab by @ValentinGoyco . This publication is an exciting read on the unique kinetic traits of P450 11B1 & P450 11B2 enzymes that are integral to a range of steroid related disorders. Congratulations Juan!
