Unbeknownst to me, the state government now brags about Final Profit being made here on their website. Pretty cool I think? I'll certainly take the win. I like to Imagine what I could've done if they had approved my funding in 2022. There'd be a lot more local art in the game.

@RockLeeSmile I agree with you that I find these cool to see. I play a lot of JRPGs so it is interesting to see where people stop playing at.

This wasn't meant as judgement or even snarky btw, I just found it interesting. As some folks mentioned, it could be compatability issues, some folks may just bounce right away for whatever reason or even just the achievement didn't pop correctly.

Just noticed - after creating a character in Dark Souls III, 6% didn't make the 30 second walk through the path to the first bonfire, then another 10% more didn't beat the first boss. Guess every game has a high attrition rate before adding a tough first challenge.

@jwwartick More sci fi than anything but if I remember right David Drake had decent tank combat in his Hammer Slammers series.

A thread about our depraved healthcare system, and a plea. In 2021, my friend Carole was diagnosed with terminal stage four cancer. A single parent with two kids, she had just turned 43. In 2017, she had watched her brother Chris die of the same cancer. He too was in his 40s.

I should call and see if the local grocery carries a specific item I'm looking for instead of making an unnecessary trip to the store. Phone Anxiety: No. You're going to hang up after one ring and just look for it next time you go grocery shopping.

@DRPGBook Yeah, it wasn't bad. You had to do a lot of item combinations to get other items as well.

@quixjote Hate that when medical practices are inconsistent especially when its through the same provider.

The joys of different cities and hospitals having their own standards for imaging. Some you can "walk-in" for ultrasounds, some you have to schedule appointments for. Looks like I called the wrong spot on the medical roulette wheel once again. D'oh! 🎲🤣

@Kitsune_Inferno Umm either Trails of Cold Steel or Trails In the Sky. Gameplay is a bit different in Sky but still a turn based rpg.

I was curious and read the new affiliate contract for twitch.I think this is the new section below about a maintenance fee of sorts if you are mia from twitch and you have money that was in your threshold but not met yet. Doesn't affect me. #twitchaffiliate #twitchstreamer
