Hay un matiz importante y es que puedes directamente comprar juegos indies en vez de piratear obras descatalogadas e inaccesibles. La principal forma que tiene un estudio indie de competir con AAA es el precio y la piratería daña eso.

La obra no es mala, lo que es malo es que la autora dibuje a alumnos con profesores y lo quiera hacer ver como bueno, si lo hiciera ver como algo malo no habría problema. No puedes alabarlo todo. Es como en Sakura Card captor, me encanta el anime, pero el romance de Rika ☠️

@laurapikpik Es así de fácil. Hay una cantidad ingente de juegos y muchos de ellos a precios irrisorios. Si no puedes jugar un juego por lo que sea, tienes otros mil. Piratear a día de hoy es consumismo puro.

Today, four Warhammer classics already in the Program are getting exactly that treatment: Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate, Final Liberation: Warhammer Epic 40,000, Warhammer 40,000: Rites of War, and Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat.
The GOG versions of these titles continue to be the best versions available anywhere. As an example, Chaos Gate, Rites of War, and Final Liberation now have achievements support. Full changelogs for all four are on their store pages.

A mí lo de que los fans de PlayStation se pasen todo el día diciendo lo que tienen que ser, lo que tienen que tener o como deben funcionar Nintendo y Xbox es algo que me resulta sorprendente.

🏆 ¿Creéis que algún día NINTENDO dejará de ser tan VAGA y escuchará a su comunidad para implementar logros o trofeos? No me vengáis con que no es por vaquería, con que no es la filosofía de Nintendo o que no quiere que juegues por completar cosas porque: 1. En muchos de sus juegos meten estos logros internamente. 2. La mayoría de los juegos de Nintendo se basan en: Recoge 999 estrellas, 999 bananzas, completa la Pokédex, encuentra 999 Kollogs… 3. Los temas no los meten tampoco por que no les da la gana, no por que no entren en la filosofía de Nintendo. Estuvieron en anteriores consolas y con Switch no quieren currárselo ni monetizándolo. Ahorraos también lo de “es que YO no los necesito por tanto no quiero que los metan” ya Jose Manuel, son opcionales y están para quien los quiera, no muerden ni hacen daño a nadie. Que nos den más nunca estará mal.

@JuansalMartin Lo que tengo claro es que Level 5 no está bien gestionada. Con Layton, Inazuma y Yokai Watch podrían estar bañados en oro ahora mismo.

@JuansalMartin Dudo que Nintendo no ofreciese salir en un direct a cambio de exclusividad, igual pidieron más o Sony pagó para que fuera multi. Además, con versiones de Switch 2 y PS5, convierten en secundaria la versión de Switch 1, que es la que más potencial de ventas tenía.

Es una de las consecuencias de la situación límite en la que parece encontrarse Level-5. No pueden permitirse descartar otras plataformas
Aun así, creo que Switch será la consola en la que mejor venderá. Su mayor base de usuarios se encuentra en Nintendo

Es loco que Layton vaya a dejar de ser exclusivo de Nintendo, además fueron ellos los que pidieron el juego nuevo a Level 5 Quizás el último retraso se debe a esto, es muy extraño. Igualmente, si vende bien podríamos tener ports del resto de juegos en PS5 y PC

@JuansalMartin No es una regla general, por ejemplo el Duskbloods vendería bastante más si fuese multi. Pero Octopath, TWEWY y Layton son juegos demasiado Nintendo. Les viene muy bien la publicidad extra de ser exclusivos. Dudo que fuera de Nintendo venda más de medio millón.

@JuansalMartin En el caso de Layton va a ser contraproducente. Está ya demostrado que los exclusivos third party venden especialmente bien en Nintendo y que volverse multis de salida puede hasta empeorar las ventas.
Ejemplos claros son Octopath y TWEWY. Las secuelas multis vendieron menos.

Had this conversation with my parents a few days ago and was called insane for it, then proceeded to explain to them the entire “happy medium” reason behind 16:9 and how both productivity and media are screwed over by it.

Kerns H. Powers compared all popular aspect ratios at the time and found:
1) tallest and widest ratios Both fit into 16:9
2) they both overlap a rectangle of 16:9
3) their ratios average out to aprox. 16:9
