I love this guy I love the way he doorsteps people with Power. And they never answer because they know what he’s asking is uncomfortable for them.

We either believe in a society where people can serve their time, be rehabilitated & contribute meaningfully to society or we don’t. I don’t care what party is doing it or what party it is against, this is horrible and desperate considering what she has done since 30 years on.

Smedley Butler was one of the most decorated Marines in U.S. history. He received two Medals of Honor, one of only 19 Americans ever to do so. He spent thirty-three years in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to Major General. In 1935, he wrote a book called War Is a Racket. He said: "I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents." One of the most decorated Marines in American history said this. In 1935. It is not assigned reading. The football stadium still says, "Thank you for your service." But the general who explained what that service was actually used for is still kept outside the official mythology.

The Government always campaign the same way: Conspire with Mainstream Media mates to Carpet Bomb the News Cycle & Social Media with as many Toxic Lies as possible to affect election results, then offer a half arsed retraction the day after damage is done. Election rigging 101

If Polanski was accepting big donations from corporations & foreign donors, denying climate change, spent his youth goose stepping & bullying Jews or was currently supporting genocide he’d be getting an easier ride from our media.I don’t know what to do with that, it’s just sick.

This deserves to be circulated. A former Red Cross staff member got in touch. She testifies about @ZackPolanski's role. For transparency: her name is Brea Thibodeau. The whole thing is a desperate smear.

“Fighting to end the rip-off” — fighting who, Angela? Who!? You’re the government. You have a massive majority. If Labour wished they could fundamentally reshape the economy. The fact you haven’t is why Labour will be thrown into the dustbin of history.
Angela Rayner@AngelaRayner

Families look out for one another. Those are our values. That’s why we’re fighting to end the rip-off squeezing families across the country, and investing in strengthening the public services we all depend on. Together, we can keep on delivering for working people. Vote Labour 🌹

Just took my 93yr grandmother to vote, she’s registered blind. In a very loud voice she said, “which box for Islamism and bigger boobs?” A cheer went up from the waiting voters.

Lambeth Labour has posted a nasty attack sheet through my front door the day before the elections. I was going to vote 2 green 1 Labour, because Ben Kind is a good councillor. Now I'm going to vote 3 green. Labour needs to start listening, and not just to itself.

🚨 University professors have been saying AI is completely destroying learning and that we'll soon have an AI-powered, semi-illiterate workforce. Here's a glimpse into the educational apocalypse: "Sarah, a freshman at Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, said she first used ChatGPT to cheat during the spring semester of her final year of high school. (...) After getting acquainted with the chatbot, Sarah used it for all her classes: Indigenous studies, law, English, and a “hippie farming class” called Green Industries. “My grades were amazing,” she said. “It changed my life.” Sarah continued to use AI when she started college this past fall. Why wouldn’t she? Rarely did she sit in class and not see other students’ laptops open to ChatGPT. Toward the end of the semester, she began to think she might be dependent on the website. She already considered herself addicted to TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Reddit, where she writes under the username maybeimnotsmart. “I spend so much time on TikTok,” she said. “Hours and hours, until my eyes start hurting, which makes it hard to plan and do my schoolwork. With ChatGPT, I can write an essay in two hours that normally takes 12.” - "By November, Williams estimated that at least half of his students were using AI to write their papers. Attempts at accountability were pointless. Williams had no faith in AI detectors, and the professor teaching the class instructed him not to fail individual papers, even the clearly AI-smoothed ones. “Every time I brought it up with the professor, I got the sense he was underestimating the power of ChatGPT, and the departmental stance was, ‘Well, it’s a slippery slope, and we can’t really prove they’re using AI,’” Williams said. “I was told to grade based on what the essay would’ve gotten if it were a ‘true attempt at a paper.’ So I was grading people on their ability to use ChatGPT.” - AI in education is a serious topic, and many schools and universities are blindly jumping into the "AI-first" wave without considering short and long-term consequences. It would be great to hear more from teachers and educators to understand potential solutions. This might be a great opportunity for rethinking the education system and how students are assessed. - 👉 Link to the full article below. 👉 To learn more about AI's legal and ethical challenges, join my newsletter's 94,700+ subscribers (link below).

Labour are just one of the most disgusting, dangerous and reactionary forces in British politics. Vile, disgraceful party. They deserve to be electorally destroyed and consigned to history.
