Have all pretences been dropped by the BJP? It is no secret that the same power centre seems to control both the Election Commission of India and the BJP. Even then, at least maintain the courtesy of two separate desks. Now even that seems unnecessary. Seals are being casually swapped. A BJP seal on an Election Commission letter! Just like the old allegation - that no matter which button you press, the lotus appears - here comes another “coincidence.” Shouldn’t someone be paying attention? For those trying to track the story: An affidavit attached to a letter (dated March 19,2019) sent by the Election Commission to political parties carried the seal of the BJP Kerala unit instead of the Election Commission’s seal. This is a first. We have often heard claims that, no matter which button is pressed on a voting machine, the lotus lights up. But this is the first time it appears as if the BJP and the Election Commission are using the same seal. Verified update: The document has been received by multiple parties. It has been cross-verified with at least two of the recipients. Rahul Gandhi’s press conferences on so-called Vote Chori are downright laughable.
Here’s one gem — he claimed that a woman voted 223 times across two booths.
Let’s do some simple maths: polling runs from 7 AM to 6 PM, an 11-hour window.
So, according to Rahul Gandhi, this woman voted 20 times every hour — that’s one vote every 3 minutes!
And apparently, no one — not security personnel, not polling officers verifying IDs — noticed this superwoman showing up every three minutes across two booths! Never mind the time it takes to queue up, get verified, and hop from one location to another.
This is the intellectual calibre of our Leader of the Opposition — clueless about facts, desperate for headlines, and ready with excuses for the impending defeat in Bihar.
Worse still, this isn’t just ignorance — it’s a sinister attempt to erode public faith in our democratic institutions, from the Election Commission of India to the Supreme Court, both of which have repeatedly dismissed such baseless allegations with contempt.

After exposing Vote Chori in the press conference, the Election Commission asked me to sign an affidavit. But when BJP leaders held a press conference, the ECI remained silent and didn’t ask them to do the same. Rightly pointed out by LoP @RahulGandhi Ji.

ECI is putting the blame for fake voters in the voters list on political parties! It is the job of the ECI to prepare a proper voters list, not of political parties. They have each voter on the list in electronic form with address, father’s name & EPIC number. They can easily detect fakes.
