Secondly, get your body fat % below 20%. 18% is great. 15% is peak. 12% is elite but difficult to maintain. But it's not even a competition. Just go to one of these ethnic infested gyms to see the competition. And see how 3 months of heavy weight training puts an average White guy in the top 10%.
