Not usually one to complain @NianticLabs @PokemonGoApp but reducing #PokemonGOCommunityDay to 3 hours limits the number of trainers who can play for 3 hours, in a 6 hour slot you have the ability to choose when you play a bit more which works around peoples jobs #HearUsNiantic
