Minister Frank Vandenbroucke wil opnieuw tot 3.000 euro “premie” uitdelen om mensen die langdurig ziek zijn aan het werk te krijgen. Er is daar geen 3.000 euro voor nodig. Als iemand kan werken, moet hij of zij dat gewoon doen. Mensen die altijd al gewerkt hebben, krijgen niets. Zij betalen deze premie wél via hun belastingen. Ongemakkelijke waarheid, die geen enkele politieke partij durft te benoemen: er zijn meer dan 500.000 langdurig zieken in ons land. Een aanzienlijk deel daarvan is lang niet zo ziek dat ze niet zouden kunnen werken. Het systeem van ziekenfondsen zorgt er echter voor dat gigantisch veel mensen onterecht de inactiviteit in geduwd zijn.

@DrKristieLeong My grandfather François passed away in 1965 when I was just 3 ... My grandmother became my legal custodian when also my mother died (at the age of 36) I remember him best from the stories during WW2 when he reinforced their house for incoming Nazi V1 rockets. Take care girl !

@DogLovers03 I was lost in the Ardennes of Luxembourg ... The sun was beyond setting ... Suddenly I faced such a massive Wolf-Dog, he stopped and barked ... His owner had spotted an abandoned car and set his Dog out to search for me ... These animals can literally see with their nose ... 💞

Sadly, this giant Wolf-dog was dumped at a kill shelter after growing too big and becoming too much for the owner to handle. Thankfully, a sanctuary took him instead and saved his life! His DNA testing came back as 87.5% Gray Wolf, 8.6% Siberian Husky and 3.9% German Shepherd. Wow!
