A fast-moving storm swept through westen Washington Wednesday afternoon bringing with it thunderstorms that produced hail, heavy downpours, lightning, and even what appeared to be a water spout along Elliott Bay -- which the National Weather Service later confirmed. #SoNorthwest Photographer Don Clapp captured this video and shared it with KOMO News during the storm.
