🧠 Favorite aspect of the program? The people. Our residents are bright, hard-working, team-players and prioritize patient centered care. Our faculty are passionate about teaching, are excellent mentors, and allow residents appropriate autonomy.

🧠 How does your program support residents? (3/4) Additional support outside of academics includes wellness initiatives and the lack of 24 hour shifts, mental health support, easier access to schedule appointments, etc.

🧠 How does your program support residents? (1/4) Our program is committed to supporting residents and their wellbeing in several different ways. We have a built-in mentorship program and opportunities for informal mentorship.
