Just so everyone is up to date with $NIXX . Today They filed a Form 12b-25 for their 10-K (annual report). They just needed more time basically for this. They could not complete the financial statements in time
Due to the need for additional analysis and work related to recent transactions / changes That typically includes: Consolidation of new business units Accounting for acquisitions / spin-offs Finalizing audit work 🔄 What’s actually going on at NIXX (context matters) 1. They just split off a business •NIXX separated CognoGroup into its own company That’s a BIG deal for accounting: You now have to: Remove that business from consolidated financials Reclassify assets, liabilities, revenues ◦Show discontinued operations correctly Now the the GOOD NEWS ! $NIXX will be coming out with there scheduled earnings by April 15th and they actually can do this as late as April 15th! So anytime now for the next 15 days .

@StockAuthority Absolutely. In my opinion, they're waiting to release the financial data to see if the price stays above $1 for another 5 days. After that, there could be an automatic rally in the price due to the relief of having avoided delisting.
