Makayla Jensen scores Gywn Patek. The score makes it 2-0 @AthleticsWCSD , as Logan Amidon hit an RBI double earlier in the inning. Waterloo 2, @BHSScores 0 late in the top of the second.

Jensen picks up her first strikeout of the game for @AthleticsWCSD. Two outs for @BHSScores with a runner in scoring position in the bottom of the second.

Jensen ends the inning for Waterloo with her second strikeout. A RBI double by Drew Stevens earlier in the frame makes the score @AthleticsWCSD 3, @BHSScores 1 as we head to the third.

Kennedy Beniamino doubles, scoring Nadaya Clingerman to give @AthleticsWCSD a 4-1 advantage over @BHSScores.

Clingerman earns the strikeout to leave three runners stranded, but @BHSScores is still able to get a run in the inning, making the score @AthleticsWCSD 5, @BHSScores 2 heading into the fourth.

Waterloo wins the Class B1 sectional title 6-4. It's the program's 2nd in the last 3 seasons @WaterlooAD @SecVSoftball

And your Class B1 Champions…the Waterloo Indians! They held off a strong-hitting Batavia team 6-4 to win their second title in four years! Nadia Clingerman was named Section V Class B1 tournament MVP.
