Suggesting crypto picks up tennis to offset the years of life lost from being in crypto.
Aakash Gupta@aakashgupta

Tennis players live 9.7 years longer than sedentary people. Not 9.7 months. 9.7 years. Nearly a decade. The Copenhagen City Heart Study tracked 8,577 people for 25 years and ranked every sport by how much life it adds. Badminton: 6.2 years. Soccer: 4.7. Cycling: 3.7. Swimming: 3.4. Jogging: 3.2. Tennis almost triples jogging. A separate study of 80,000 adults found racket sports cut all-cause mortality by 47% and cardiovascular death by 56%. Swimming hit 41%. Aerobics hit 36%. The question is why racket sports destroy everything else. Three mechanisms stack on top of each other. First, the physical demands. A tennis rally requires explosive sprints, lateral cuts, and sustained aerobic output. You're training fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscle fibers simultaneously. Most cardio only trains one system. Second, the cognitive load. You're reading spin, predicting angles, adjusting position, and executing motor patterns in real-time. Your brain is solving spatial puzzles at 80+ mph. That hand-eye coordination and strategic processing builds neural connections that protect against cognitive decline. Third, and this is the one researchers keep coming back to: you literally cannot play alone. Every racket sport requires another person on the other side of the net. That forced social interaction triggers neurochemical benefits that solitary exercise cannot replicate. Strong social connection alone increases your chance of longevity by 50%. Jogging is you and your thoughts. Tennis is you, a strategic opponent, and a community. Dr. Daniel Amen is right. The data is overwhelming. If you want the single highest-ROI activity for a longer life, pick up a racket.

Bitmine has accumulated 4.87M ETH, 4.04% of the entire $ETH supply in just 9 months that could earn $310M in staking rewards. Only 68% is staked so far via MAVAN, their in-house validator network. At their 5% supply target (6.03M ETH): $384M/year could be earned before any ETH price appreciation is factored in. At $3K ETH, the 5% scenario yields $530M/year. At $5K ETH, it's $870M/year. The yield compounds whether ETH pumps or not. That's a different kind of ETH bet from @fundstrat

$GNPX Genprex is a micro-cap biotech with a well-known history of violent upside moves on news and hype. The stock is currently deeply oversold (RSI in the low 20s), trading near multi-year lows. Adding fuel to the fire: Congressman Tim Moore has been actively buying shares in recent months, drawing fresh attention from retail traders. With upcoming catalysts like AACR 2026 data presentations and ongoing lung cancer trials, could the explosive rallies of the past happen again? Note: There is a catalyst next week at 2026 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR)

I don't give a sh*t where this man gets his information from. But I'm going to follow it. $GNPX - god knows what he sees that the rest of the market doesn't.
HeidingOut@HeidingOut

Please guys make sure you extend your congrats to Congressman @timmoorenc (R-NC) today for his investment in $GNPX which rose 25% today. On July 29, Moore also bought shares of Intel Corp $INTC while serving on the House Subcommittee on AI. Not long after, news broke that the U.S. government was weighing a 10% stake in Intel, sending the stock up more than 25%. Amazingly he also did the same with $UNH also back in August. Umm @SECGov you guys still on vacation over there? I mean I know Timmy would never have used any insider information.

Google Quantum AI just published a landmark paper on quantum threats to every major blockchain. Beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum, no blockchain receives more coverage than Algorand, cited for live post-quantum deployments across signatures, state proofs, key rotation, and smart contracts. The alarm has been sounded. @Algorand has been answering it for years.

Starknet is an Ethereum Layer-2 validity rollup that uses ZK-STARK proofs (Scalable Transparent Arguments of Knowledge) to verify computations. $STRK STARK proofs are inherently post-quantum secure by design. They rely primarily on collision-resistant cryptographic hashes and polynomial IOPs, not on elliptic curves or discrete logarithms that Shor's algorithm can break efficiently on a quantum computer. Grover's algorithm (the main quantum threat to hashes) only gives a quadratic speedup, which is not enough to make STARKs practically breakable even with future large quantum computers. This makes the proof system itself quantum-resistant. The validity of transactions and the overall state transitions on Starknet are protected at the proof level. Starknet is often listed in 2026 "quantum-resistant" or "post-quantum" crypto rankings precisely because of this STARK foundation. It even helps make Bitcoin more quantum-safe by compressing heavy post-quantum signatures into compact STARK proofs.

How Quantum-Proof Is Algorand? #Algorand is one of the most advanced major blockchains on quantum resistance — far ahead of Bitcoin, Ethereum, or most others. Core protection: $Algo already uses Falcon-1024 (a NIST-selected lattice-based post-quantum signature scheme) for its State Proofs. These proofs are generated every 256 rounds and cryptographically attest to the entire blockchain history. This makes the ledger's history quantum-resistant today. Milestone: In November 2025, Algorand executed the world's first real post-quantum transaction on mainnet using Falcon signatures. This was not a test — it was a live transaction protecting real assets with quantum-safe keys. Account-level support: Developers can already create and use Falcon-based quantum-secure accounts today. The protocol supports hybrid or full PQC signatures without breaking performance. Why Falcon? It is designed to resist quantum attacks (unlike ECDSA/Ed25519 used in most chains, which Shor's algorithm could break). Algorand has been working on this for years and contributed to PQC standards. Algorand's approach is practical: State Proofs already protect the chain's integrity against future quantum threats, while individual account signatures are upgrading progressively. This hybrid model balances security and efficiency. Compared to most blockchains, Algorand is in a strong position. Many others (including high-market-cap ones) still rely entirely on vulnerable classical signatures and have only vague roadmaps. Could Google (or Anyone) Hack Algorand with Quantum Computers Today? No — not with current or near-term quantum hardware, including Google's Willow chip. Why not? Breaking Falcon-1024 would require a massive, error-corrected quantum computer with millions of logical qubits running for a long time. Google's Willow has only 105 physical qubits and is focused on demonstrating scalable error correction — impressive, but nowhere near the scale needed for cryptanalysis.

🚨 ETHEREUM FOUNDER VITALIK BUTERIN: “LAYER 2 ON $ETH NO LONGER MAKES SENSE. WE NEED A NEW PATH.” He tweeted this: “There have recently been some discussions on the ongoing role of L2s in the Ethereum ecosystem, especially in the face of two facts: L2s' progress to stage 2 (and, secondarily, on interop) has been far slower and more difficult than originally expected L1 itself is scaling, fees are very low, and gaslimits are projected to increase greatly in 2026 Both of these facts, for their own separate reasons, mean that the original vision of L2s and their role in Ethereum no longer makes sense, and we need a new path.”

Nobody in the Trump administration planned for Iran to shut the Strait of Hormuz. Nobody planned for sustained missile strikes on American bases across the Gulf. Nobody planned for an energy crisis. Nobody planned for Europe to look at Washington, shrug, and walk the other way. Nobody, it turns out, planned for very much at all. Read the accounts of how this war was decided and you are left with one deeply uncomfortable realisation: the people who launched it appear to have been genuinely surprised by almost everything that followed. The Iranians shot back. The allies didn’t show up. The oil price went vertical. All of it, apparently, news to them. Which leaves two questions so obvious they’re almost embarrassing to ask. What exactly did they think was going to happen? And did anyone, in any room, at any point, think further ahead than the applause? Gandalv / @Microinteracti1
