A huge well done to one of our Year 6 pupils who won a competition run by Action for Children last year. He designed his own t-shirt about mental health and the importance of physical activity it has been made! 👏 @Bedford_Drive @BDPE_Out

Two of our amazing F2 children independently chose to make cards all about our 'myHappymind' characters and decorated a box for them to rest in 💚. Great to see how embedded this has become in our first year 🤩 @myHappymind_ @Bedford_Drive @bedford_f2

Year 4 loved learning about Team HAP during our myhappymind lesson this week to understand what happens in our brain and why. We relaxed using our new Happy Breathing Technique @myHappymind_ @Wellbeing_BDPS

Today we had our first #myHappymind lesson and met the characters, listened to Our Happy Healthy Brain song and practised happy breathing 🧠 #PSED #CLL

myHappymind has begun this week starting with our whole school launch assembly. We aer super excited to be adding this to our curriculum to support the emotional and mental wellbeing of our community 😃 @myHappymind_ @Bedford_Drive

Pop up shop open until Thursday at Byrne Avenue Baths offering free toys and books to help support local residents during the current increase in the cost of living.
