@clhubes I went through airport security with my jumper (sweater) tied round my waist. The security guy clearly must have asked me to remove it before going through the scanner but all I heard was “jump” and so, in front of a long queue of onlookers, I jumped for him. No hesitation.

@Nick_Pettigrew Press Gang - The Rest of My Life (with the gas explosion). Going back a while so I figure it must have really affected me!
I was one of the annoying folk with TLOU, never thinking they’d do the game justice, but man, they totally did and Long, Long Time destroyed me too

@WheresApone Jenny, if you click on the notes for each service you can see the information about the start date. ^TS

@TranslinkMetro Hi, is the U1 service running today? Is there one due at York Street soon? Thanks
English

@TranslinkMetro Thanks. Just for information, the services currently appear on the timetables. Queens lectures are back on this week and as a good link from York Street to Botanic whilst no trains, there may be lots of Queens students trying to avail of the service this week.

@WheresApone Hi, the U1 and U2 start operating from 23 Sep 2024. ^TS

@Andr6wMale I also bothered him after his show in Belfast, in 2016 - probably why he is not returning this year!

@jellyskinband Was this you?
Eoghan Daltun 🌍@IrishRainforest
The earliest known tetrapod (limbed vertebrate) tracks on Earth, fossilised in rock on Valentia Island, Kerry. The footsteps were imprinted in mud 385 million years ago, relatively soon after creatures first ventured from sea onto land. We live on SUCH a mind-blowing planet. 🌍

@kenchengcomedy I’m looking forward to hearing that I’m crushing Irish, just like Cromwell and many other English people before me.

@blueplasticshar They should have worn those little umbrella hats

@laurenlaverne @BBC6Music slightly dependant on the result tonight (and potentially Sunday) but feeding my neighbour’s cat this evening, we’ve discovered their kitchen door is the football crowd at the start of Three Lions
English

@MittenDAmour Same. However, I now think they might actually just be our hips?
English

@JonMarkHicks Yes, with all the pivot points noted and a description of the mechanics of it all. Fascinating
English

@JonMarkHicks Wow, I’ve never seen these. How the set builds were built so accurate to the concepts is amazing. The canteen detail and everything!

@EddieRobson The Tennent’s Pilsner one aired in the first advert break when Aliens was first shown on Channel 4. Probably 1990. Maybe 92 so a little too late. The one with “Bob? Bob… Bob?”
Man, I wish I could find a link to it now. It was perfect.
