@clhubes I went through airport security with my jumper (sweater) tied round my waist. The security guy clearly must have asked me to remove it before going through the scanner but all I heard was “jump” and so, in front of a long queue of onlookers, I jumped for him. No hesitation.

@TranslinkMetro Thanks. Just for information, the services currently appear on the timetables. Queens lectures are back on this week and as a good link from York Street to Botanic whilst no trains, there may be lots of Queens students trying to avail of the service this week.

I’m on holiday whilst Ryley is on tour in the UK so I’m unable to awkwardly bother him after the gig and say something dumb about his guitar technique but you still have that chance. Go. He’s great.

Never knew ‘hip dips’ were a thing. Then I found out they are. Then I found out they are apparently WRONG AND DISGUSTING AND TO BE FOUGHT. Then I looked in the mirror… and discovered I have a whole new body ‘part’ to hate that has never noticed till now.

I massively regret and resent ever becoming aware of there being a term and newly created hatred for “hip dips”.
I grew up in the Heat Magazine era, with Circle of Shame etc, and thought we were done with making up new things to hate about our bodies, but no.
