I literally just upgraded from premium to premium + two days ago. (My blue check is STILL under review. 50+ hours later AND according to @premium it is now the norm for it to take up to five BUSINESS DAYS) One of the listed benefits to PLUS was priority access during peak times. You’re telling me that was all bullshit? Every day it’s something new! It’s like they’re INTENTIONALLY running this app into the ground. According to the six degrees of Kevin Bacon I have to know someone who knows someone who knows @elonmusk and @nikitabier - this needs to be addressed.

Paid for X Premium so I could use Grok as advertised… Opened the app and immediately get hit with this: High Demand Grok is under heavy usage right now. Upgrade your plan for priority access… Bro, I already upgraded with my Premium subscription. Now you’re telling me the benefit I paid for isn’t actually available unless I pay even more for SuperGrok? This isn’t “high demand.” This is a straight-up money grab. List Grok as a Premium perk if you’re not going to deliver it when people actually try to use it. @Premium @grok @xai fix this or be honest about what Premium actually gets you.

I agree William, 💯 I know I've remained a bit silent and in observation mode. But now I'm seeing how many of the efforts to prevent fraud are now impacting me. I'm sure others are seeing it too. We're only going to stay silent for so long before we become VERY vocal. We're vocal now. The 'VERY vocal' is forthcoming unless they change something real quick.

Seriously X? I’ve been awake less than an hour and hit a message limit in SuperGrok. In what sane world does X think normal users are going to pay $300/month just to ask more than 10–15 questions? Keep this up and that '# 1 AI app' you love bragging about won't last long. ChatGPT already does more for less and isn’t as stingy. X wants luxury apartment prices for a 300 sq ft efficiency with a 20 floor walk up.

Spot on, Eliza. The intent behind these changes is solid rewarding original creators, Cutting spam but poor communication is creating unnecessary fear and confusion. When terms like repost or good morning get used loosely regular users start second-guessing normal engagement. Native reposts of great content and thoughtful morning interactions shouldn’t feel risky.

You’re not going to have it for long if you keep driving people away from X. I understand the changes are meant to help smaller accounts. However, the BIG problem is how those changes are being communicated. For example, “repost” has been used to mean two different things. Sometimes it means a native X repost. Other times it means reposting content taken from other platforms. The ambiguity has caused some people to worry about reposting something they like. Meaning, using the native X repost. Transparency helps, but only when it comes with clarity. Otherwise, it just creates more confusion. Same with “good morning.” Some of us understand you’re talking about a low-value reply with little more than “good morning” 100s of times a day across 100s of posts. But a lot of people now think thoughtful, purposeful morning posts and replies are being treated the same way just because they include the words “good morning.” That kind of ambiguity is frustrating people and they're leaving.
