@sarkonakj Speak to any legal scholar and they'll tell you that charged at higher rates is not meaningless - putting aside baseless charges that prosecutors don't pursue, it speaks to which groups are likelier to be policed.

@WitchingHourYT Charged at higher rates is meaningless, unless you believe that all groups commit crime at perfectly equal rates. Do you believe that? As for lengthier sentences for the same crime, the report did not say that. It didn't analyze specific crimes to begin with.
