@elpayito Hay técnica corriendo, en press banca o en un snatch, por supuesto, pero son movimientos repetitivos. No requieren toma de decisiones en milisegundos ni coordinación ojo-mano bajo presión. En el gimnasio el entorno es "estable", no hay variables externas que cambien el juego.

Si no hiciste deporte de niño, lo normal es ser un patoso sin coordinación de adulto. No destacarás en nada técnico (ej. deportes de raqueta o pelota) ¿Y por eso el gimnasio y el 'running' son tan populares? ¿Son el refugio para los que no tienen habilidades motoras?
