Not sure how many have heard of it. Don Tay of Bacchus wine shop, one of the veterans of Singapore wine world, passed away on Sunday night. I don't know him in person, but I think he should still be remembered... #sgwine #rip

My opinion is that Valpolicella Superiore should stay the way it is. Leave appassimento to Amarone, Recioto (and Ripasso). There is a market for fresher wines, and it doesn't make sense to cannibalize product categories. #vs2021
