@XavierTorret Xavier ha parlat clar. Denuncia la poca eficiència administrativa, la manca de debat real sobre temes clau com tarifes, model territorial, i posa en evidència la vulnerabilitat del nostre sistema davant la sequera. “Hem après poc del 2008 i seguim gastant malament”, ha afirmat.
