The lawsuit targeting UFC Freedom 250 has some legitimate claims, specifically the NPS regulations prohibiting commercial sporting events on federal parkland, no congressional authorization for the arch structure being built, and no environmental review before construction started. The government’s response didn’t even engage those statutory arguments, which says a lot. The corruption angle, Trump buying $50,000 in TKO stock before an event that directly benefits TKO, adds weight but it’s the harder argument to actually win on. That said, the odds of this stopping UFC Freedom 250 on June 14 are low. If Sunday comes and goes without a ruling, the lawsuit becomes invalid. Federal judges are extremely unlikely to grant emergency injunctions against sitting presidents, and the event being framed as a US history celebration makes it even less likely a judge touches it. Filing this now is largely symbolic. If this was filed months ago there may have been a real chance, but at this point it’s more about building a legal record than actually stopping anything. #UFCFreedom250

Topuria's comments about Justin Gaethje "crossing the line" were related to Gaethje bringing up Topuria's recent divorce during their UFC Freedom 250 trash talk. I understand building hype and putting on a show for the fans, but bringing someone's personal life into it is not good at all. Rivalries should stay focused on fighting, not family or private matters. I'm with @Topuriailia
