This has always been the approach. ROOFS payouts are done in batches, guided by a clear principle, prioritising vulnerability and severity of damage. That is why the first payments targeted seniors, persons with disabilities, and the most severely affected households.

They will forever undermine the systems to make the government look bad. I will just continue to pray for those who are still seeking for help.

I am now convinced that there a persons in several key positions in several ministries that undermine the system due to their political affiliation.They do there best to make the entity no functional with the aim of bringing blame to the minister & government in charge .

We have acknowledged the challenges some beneficiaries faced in accessing their ROOFS grants, and we have taken action. Collection points are now being expanded across parishes to reduce travel distances and make access more convenient and accessible.

@pcharlesjr Thank you Sir , no way a beneficiary should pay 70k to transport materials from the hardware which is in another town center many miles from there home , basically passing over 7 hardwares .

Based on the amount of road accidents per year could the powers that be push for the 12 month suspension of drivers licenses for those who are charged with careless/reckless driving instead of the use of demerit points .
