Es increíble como funciona el aturdimiento cognitivo. Una escena así en una película sobre el Holocausto tipo El pianista nos hace explotar de indignación, pero imágenes como esta que salen de Israel todos los días pasan de largo así nomás. Un genocidio totalmente naturalizado.

He wasn’t nerfed, Mark just held on with everything he had because the last time these two fought, it almost cost him his brother and his girlfriend. If this man was allowed to live just one more second, that’s all it would take for their lives to be in danger again.

@SpartanOfWar01 @Daemon_Jr conquest was toying with him half the time while mark was dead ass trying to merk him from the start. idk how people don’t realize this. it’s what he always does, he could’ve ripped oliver in half with ease but wanted to do it slowly to torture him and mark.

@Daemon_Jr Exactly. Mark COULD NOT lose this fight, he knew how much of a DEMON would be set loose upon his family if he did. So he went for the fastest and most efficient way to end the fight before it had any chance of escalating.

@Lucrecious_ @EamoArt yeah the entire thing with viltrumites is that theyre hyper efficient, in the comics its said (but not shown iirc) that they can survive months to years without food, and the comics/show makes it clear they can probably survive hours without oxygen if they needed

Also, not to nitpick, but later in the book Nolan says a viltrumite's air can survive for an extended period of time without oxygen, but Mark killed Conquest by choking him to death?

INVINCIBLE SPOILERS . . . . . . . . I always thought conquests death was one of the dumbest things in the comic because if he could pierce marks stomach / spine why didn't he just chop his arms off its a great moment don't get me wrong but it really hinges on Conquest being dumb

i love that this is really The Moment zoro realizes theyre outmatched. bc hes hurt, but if sanji was standing tall that would be enough to make him stand back up and fight by his side. but sanji clutching himself in pain after one attack? he realizes theyre Fucked
